REGULAR MEETING <br />JANUARY 19, 1981 <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Public Works <br />of the City of South Bend that the above listed vehicles are <br />obsolete and not needed by the City of South Bend. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Bureau of Vehicle Maintenance <br />be authorized to scrap said vehicles and that they be removed <br />from the City Vehicle Inventory. <br />Adopted: January 19, 1981 <br />ATTEST: <br />s/ Barbara J. Kernan <br />FILING OF REPORTS AND ADOPTION OF VACATION RESOLUTION NO. 3505, 1981 <br />(FIRST ALLEY ON LINCOLNWAY. WEST OF MIAMI) <br />RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF PUBLIC WORKS OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, <br />INDIANA, That it is desirable to vacate the following: <br />First alley west of Miami on Lin.colnway East, <br />running southwesterly for a distance of 151'; <br />thence northwesterly for a distance of approx- <br />imately 96' to railroad right -of -way. (Adjacent <br />to Lots M, N and 0 in Wenger and Kreighbaum's <br />Vistula Avenue Addition in the City of South <br />Bend, St. Joseph County, Indiana). <br />Reserving the rights and easements of all Utilities and the <br />Municipal City of South Bend, Indiana, to construct and maintain <br />any facilities, including, but not limited to, the following: <br />electric, telephone., gas, water, sewer, surface water control <br />structures and ditches, within the vacated right of way, unless <br />such rights are released by the individual Utilities. <br />The following property may be injuriously or beneficially affected <br />by such vacation: <br />Lots M, N, 0 & X, Wenger and Kreighbaum's Vistula <br />Avenue Addition. <br />Notice of this Resolution shall be published on the 23rd & 30th <br />day of January, 1981, in the South Bend Tribune and in the Tri- <br />County News. <br />This Board, at its office, on the 9th day of February, 1981, at <br />9:30 o'clock, A.M., will hear and receive remonstrances from all <br />persons interested in or affected by these proceedings. <br />Adopted this 19th day of January, 1981. <br />BOARD OF PUBLIC WORKS <br />s/ John E.
