REGULAR MEETING JANUARY 5, 1981 Installation of No Parking, 6 A.M. to 6 P.M. - South side of east one -half block of 100 West Colfax. Upon a motion made by Mr. Leszczynski, seconded by Mr. Kernan and carried, the above traffic control device was approved. Installation of No Parking - South side of 300 West LaMonte Terrace. Revision to No Parking - East side of Michigan from Navarre, south to Value House driveway and meeting existing No Parking Zone. Mr. Leszczynski explained that the above two devices were seasonal and were put into effect during the winter months. Upon a motion made by Mr. Leszczynski, seconded by Mr. Kernan and carried, the above two traffic control devices were approved. Revision to No Parking., Except Sundays 10 A.M. to 12 Noon - West Side of Leeper Avenue from a point 130 feet to a point 445 feet north of North Shore. Mr. Leszczynski explained that the above device was requested by the First Unitarian Church in order to allow parking alongside of the church on Sundays, Upon a motion made by Mr. Leszczynski, seconded by Mr. Kernan and carried., the above traffic control device was approved. Installation of Snow Route - Orange Street /Colfax from Walnut to Washington. Upon a motion made by Mr. Leszczynski, seconded by Mr. Kernan and carried, the above traffic control device was approved. Revision to No Parking, 7 A.M. to 5 P.M., Tow Zone - North side of 200 West Bronson from Lafayette, to a point east approximately 100 feet. Upon a motion made by Mr. Leszczynski, seconded by Mr. Kernan and carried, the above traffic control device was approved. APPROVE ENVIRONMENTAL CLEAN -UP OF LOTS A request from the Neighborhood Code Enforcement Office was received for permission to have city environmental crews clean the following lots within the city: ADDRESS I CONDITION 716 E. Haney Brush, furniture, junk, G T 1125 W. Indiana Furniture, sofa, chair, lumber 714 -716 Cushing Litter, furniture, junk 2 lots btwn. 1210 & 1224 N. Fremont Furniture, dead trees 618 W. Marion Brush, drain pipes 3113 Pleasant Litter, brush, G/T 726 Pierce Furniture, G/T 1201 E. Indiana Brush, auto tire, lumber 303 S. Chapin Litter, appliances, junk It was noted that property owners had been advised to clean up the lots and had failed to comply. Upon a motion made by Mr. Leszczynski, seconded by Mr. Kernan and carried, the request was approved. APPROVAL OF CONTRACTOR AND EXCAVATION BONDS Mr. Ray S. Andrysiak recommended Board approval of the following Contractor and Excavation Bonds:
