<br />Upon a motion made by Mr. Leszczynski,_ seconded by Mr. Kernan and
<br />carried, the above bonds were approved retroactively as indicated.
<br />APPROVAL OF HANDICAPPED PARKING PERMITS
<br />Mr. Leszczynski made a motion that the following handicapped parking.
<br />permits (renewals) be approved and.referred to the Deputy Controller's
<br />Office for issuance, seconded by Mr. Kernan and carried:

<br />FILING OF CERTIFICATE OF INSURANCE
<br />Upon a motion made by Mr. Leszczynski, seconded by Mr. Kernan and
<br />carried, the Certificate of Insurance for E- Rect -0, Inc.,
<br />McKinley Highway,.'Mishawaka, was approved effective to January
<br />1, 1982.
<br />FILING OF STREET LIGHT OUTAGE REPORT
<br />The report indicated a total of eight outages between the period
<br />of December 11 through December 28, 1980. Upon a motion made by
<br />Mr. Leszczynski, seconded by Mr. Kernan and carried, the report
<br />was filed.
<br />There being no further business to come before the Board, upon
<br />a motion made by Mr. Leszczynski, seconded by Mr. Kernan and
<br />carried, the meeting was adjourned at 10:10 a.m.
