REGULAR MEETING
<br />APPROVAL OF TRAFFIC CONTROL DEVICE
<br />JUNE 10. 1980
<br />A request for removal of a two -hour parking sign, 6 A.M. - 6 P.M.,
<br />and installation of a 30- minute parking sign 6 A.M. - 6 P.M., was
<br />received by Ralph J. Wadzinski, Manager of the Bureau of Traffic
<br />and Lighting. Upon a motion made by Mr. Kernan, seconded by Mr.
<br />Hill and carried, the following was approved:
<br />Removal of: 2 -Hour Parking, 6 A.M. - 6 P.M.
<br />Revise to: 30- Minute Parking, 6 A.M. - 6 P.M.
<br />Location: 110 South Hill Street
<br />REQUEST TO PURCHASE CITY -OWNED PROPERTY (1002 CEDAR STREET)
<br />A request from E. L. Yoder & Associates, 12797 State Road 23, Granger,
<br />Indiana, for the purchase of city -owned property located at 1002
<br />Cedar Street, was received by the Board. It was indicated that the
<br />company was interested in purchasing the lot and moving a house now
<br />located at the southwest corner of LaSalle and Notre Dame to the
<br />property on Cedar Street, which would then be offered for sale.
<br />Upon a motion made by Mr. Kernan, seconded by Mr. Hill and carried,
<br />the request was referred to the various city agencies for review
<br />and recommendation.
<br />APPROVAL OF CONTRACTORS' BONDS
<br />Mr. Ray S. Andrysiak submitted his favorable recommendation to the
<br />Board for the following Contractors' Bonds:
