REGULAR MEETING <br />APPROVAL OF EXCAVATION BOND - McDANIEL ASPHALT COMPANY <br />JUNE 2. 1980 <br />The Board received an Excavation Bond for McDaniel Asphalt Company. <br />A recommendation from Ray S: Andrysiak was received for approval of <br />the Excavation Bond. Upon a motion made by Mr. Kernan, seconded by <br />Mr. Hill and carried, the bond of McDaniel Asphalt Company was <br />approved. <br />APPROVAL OF RELEASE OF EXCAVATION BOND - GERALD J. O'BRIEN <br />The Board received a request to release the Excavation Bond for <br />Gerald J. O'Brien. Mr. Ray S. Andrysiak had reviewed the request <br />for release and advised that the bond could be released. Upon a <br />motion made by Mr. Kernan, seconded by Mr. Hill and carried, the <br />Board approved release of the above bond. <br />APPROVAL OF ENVIRONMENTAL CLEAN -UP OF LOTS <br />A request from the Environmental /Action Center was received for <br />permission to have city environmental crews clean the following <br />lots within the city: <br />ADDRESS <br />1149 N. Upon a motion made by Mr. <br />Kernan, seconded by Mr. Hill and carried, the request was approved. <br />APPROVAL OF HANDICAPPED PARKING PERMITS <br />The Board received the following applications for handicapped <br />parking permits: <br />Anna Doyle (Doctor's Certificate was attached) <br />1230 East Fairington Circle <br />South Bend, Indiana <br />Edith Battenberg (Renewal) <br />820 North Webster <br />Mishawaka, Indiana <br />Upon a motion made by Mr. Kernan, seconded by Mr. Hill and carried, <br />the applications for handicapped parking permits were approved <br />and referred to the Deputy Controller's Office for issuance of <br />the necessary handicapped stickers. <br />1 <br />
