Contract No. 043 - Electrical - Koontz- Wagner Change Order No. 18 - Add $ 316.00 - Additional fire alarm gongs - per Code Total - Add $ 316.00 Mr. McMahon discussed the change orders with the Board and noted that funding has been approved by the Council. Upon motion made by.Mr. McMahon, seconded by Mr. Brunner and carried the Change Orders were approved-..,- AMENDMENT TO CONSULTING AGREEMENT WITH RAYMOND ANDRYSIAK APPROVED Raymond S. Andrysiak submitted to the Board a letter stating that a consulting agreement entered into on February 27, 1978 for his services for one year provided for renewal. He noted the agreement has been mutually satisfactory and submitted a proposed amendment to extend the agreement for one year. The amendment extends the original agreement through December 31, 1979. Upon motion made by Mr. McMahon, seconded:by Tyr. Brunner and carried, the amendment was approved. ■
