Upon motion made <br />by.Mr. McMahon, seconded by Mr. Brunner and carried the Change <br />Orders were approved-..,- <br />AMENDMENT TO CONSULTING AGREEMENT WITH RAYMOND ANDRYSIAK APPROVED <br />Raymond S. Andrysiak submitted to the Board a letter stating that <br />a consulting agreement entered into on February 27, 1978 for his <br />services for one year provided for renewal. He noted the agreement <br />has been mutually satisfactory and submitted a proposed amendment <br />to extend the agreement for one year. The amendment extends the <br />original agreement through December 31, 1979. Upon motion made by <br />Mr. McMahon, seconded:by Tyr.
