Mr. Gibson displayed to the Board <br />a site plan for the proposed branch bank development as approved by <br />the Area Plan Commission. He noted that the bank has purchased <br />property on both sides of the alley and the petition to rezone the <br />property has been approved. Eighty -five per cent of the adjacent <br />property owners signed the rezoning petition and are in favor of the <br />development. The vacation is being requested to provide better ingress <br />
