Seitz, Park Superintendent, reported to the Board that <br />he had reviewed the bids received for the sale of city -owned <br />property at 51142 Redwood Road. He recommended that the high <br />bid of Dennis Maike, Osceola, Indiana, of $24,700.00 be accepted. <br />Mr. McMahon made a motion that the high bid of Dennis Maike of <br />$24,700.00 for the purchase of 51142 Redwood Road be awarded. <br />Mr. Mullen seconded the motion and it carried. <br />
