REGULAR MEETING APRIL 14, 1980 previous experience with the Right to Life group and the lack of information as to the size of the group proposed (which may require up to five off -duty overtime officers and vehicles, resulting in an expense to the city in excess of $200). Mr. Wadzinski further indicated that the request resulted in a 12 -day "advanced" notice with a 4- working day review period and additional time was needed for proper coordination of the parade. Mr. McMahon stated that, if the group acted in a law - abiding manner, obeying all traffic laws in reference to pedestrians not interfering with vehicular traffic, the sidewalks along the proposed route could be utilized. He further stated that, had the request been filed within the time period established by the Board, coordination with Civil Defense personnel for traffic control purposes could have been accomplished. Upon a motion made by Mr. McMahon, seconded by Mr. Kernan and carried, the request was denied. REQUEST TO PURCHASE CITY -OWNED PROPERTY - 2020 KENWOOD STREET The Board received a request from Mr. Richard D. Doyle, Vice President of Property Management, Inc., inquiring into the possible purchase of city -owned property located at 2020 Kenwood Street. Upon a motion made by Mr. McMahon, seconded by Mr. Hill and carried, the request was referred to the various city agencies for review and recommendation. APPROVAL OF ENVIRONMENTAL CLEAN -UP OF LOTS A request from the Environmental /Action Center was received for permission to have city environmental crews clean the following lots within the city: Lot E. of 143 Lindsey 1209 Lincolnway West 1410 W.
