Deputy City Attorney Terry Crone advised the Board that the bids of Roper IBG and Super Sky, both out -of -state firms, had included. bid bonds instead of the required certified checks. He noted the Board has the discretion, since some form of bid security was received, to allow the firms a period of time to provide the certified checks. The Board determined that the bids would be read into the record and the firms notified that they will have until 9:30 a,m. on Friday, December 21, 1979 to submit the required certified checks to the Board office. The bids were then read as follows: Super Sky Products, Inc.
