240 REGULAR MEETING OCTOBER 29.1979 TITLE SHEETS APPROVED The Bureau of Design and Administration submitted to the Board title sheets approving the plans for the following projects: Garland Street Sewer Extension, a private development for which plans have been reviewed and approved by the City. Meade Street Sanitary Sewers - this project is now out for bids for construction under Barrett Law. Upon motion made by Mr. McMahon, seconded by Mr. Brunner and carried, the Board signed the title sheets approving the plans. BONDS APPROVED Ray S. Andrysiak, Bureau of Engineering, reported to the Board that the following bonds were submitted in proper form and could be approved: Excavation Bond for Dahco Excavation, Inc. Excavation Bond for David E. McDaniel Company Upon motion made by Mr. McMahon, seconded by Tyr. Brunner and carried, the Board approved the bonds: CLAIMS APPROVED Chief Deputy Controller Michael L. Vance submitted to the Board Claim Docket Numbers 20990 to 21440 and recommended approval. Upon motion made by Mr. McMahon, seconded by Mr. Brunner and carried, the Board approved Claim Docket Numbers 20990 to 21440 and directed that checks for payment be issued. CETA SUBGRANTS APPROVED Elroy J. Kelzenberg, Director of the Bureau of Manpower and Training, submitted to the Board the following Subgrants for CETA and recommended approval: Jewish Federation of St. Joseph Valley from 10 /1/79 to 9/30/80 - $225.00 Indiana Educational Services Center from 10/1/79 to2/17/80 - Legal Services of Northern Indiana from 10/1/79 to 3/1/80 - $13,042.00 LaCausa, Inc. - 10/1/79 to 2/15/80 Mental Health Association - 10/1/79 to 12/31/79 St. Vincent De Paul from 10/1/79 to 9/30/80 - $9,695.00 Circle of Mercy Day Nursery from 10/1/79 to 9/30/80 - $1091.00 Montessori School of South Bend, Inc: from 10/1/79 to 1/6/80 - $70.00 Upon motion made by Mr. McMahon, seconded by Mr. Brunner and carried, the Subgrants were approved.
