<br />Works and being the owner of certain territory located in Sections
<br />29 and 33, Township 38 North, Range 2 East, in German Township,
<br />St. Joseph County, Indiana, as shown on the map attached hereto,
<br />made a part hereof and marked Exhibit A, hereto, made a part
<br />hereof and marked 'Exhibit A, hereby consents to and petitions for
<br />the annexation by the Common Council of the City of South Bend to
<br />said City of all of said territory owned by the City.

<br />RESOLUTION NO. 20, 1979
<br />WHEREAS, certain property owners of territory located in Sections
<br />18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 27, 28, 29, 30, 31, 32 and 33, Township 38
<br />North, Range 2 East, in German Township, St. Joseph County, Indiana,
<br />are petitioning.the Common Council of the City of South Bend, for
<br />annexation of territory owned by them in said sections, and falling
<br />within the description of the proposed annexation attached hereto,
<br />made a part hereof and marked Exhibit A; and
<br />WHEREAS, the City of South Bend owns certain territory located in
<br />Sections 29 and 33, which are within the territory proposed to be
<br />annexed and the City desires to be a petitioner for such annexa-
<br />tion and to cause such territory owned by it to be annexed to
<br />and become a part of the City of South Bend.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Public Works of
<br />the City of South Bend, Indiana:
<br />SECTION I. This Resolution supersedes Resolution 18 -1979 passed
<br />by this Board July 23, 1979.
<br />SECTION II. That the petition for annexation to the City of
<br />certain territory owned by the City and lying outside of the
<br />present boundaries of the City of South Bend, located in Sections
<br />29 and 33, Township 38 North, Range 2 East, in German Township,
<br />St. Joseph County, Indiana, is hereby approved and ordered executed
<br />for and on behalf of the City of South Bend, Indiana.
<br />Adopted this 30th day of July, 1979.
