REGULAR MEETING <br />JUNE 19, 1979 <br />cause whatsoever, after its delivery to the City of South Bend and <br />before the termination of the above mentioned lease, then the City <br />of South Bend shall, at its option, either pay all necessary monies <br />to have the copy machine restored, to its original condition, <br />natural wear and tear excluded, or shall pay to Nat -Lea, Inc. all <br />monies remaining due under the lease. EDDY FILED <br />The Board received an inquiry from John W. Green regarding the <br />possible purchase of a city -owned lot at 717 N. Eddy Street. <br />Upon motion made by Mr. McMahon, seconded by Mr. Brunner and <br />carried, the request was filed and referred to the Engineering <br />Department, Mayor's Office, Community Development Department <br />and Park Department for review and recommendation. <br />STREET LIGHT RECOMMENDATION APPROVED <br />Joseph J. Wadzinski, Manager of the Bureau of Traffic and Lighting, <br />recommended the following installations: <br />A. Revise One Hour Parking to Fifteen Minute Parking, East Side <br />of 100 N.
