Both modifications <br />are for the Summer Youth Employment Program. The YMCA subgrant <br />funding is raised to $22,590.00 and the YWCA subgrant is raised <br />to #22,350.00. Upon motion made by Mr.. McMahon, seconded by Mr. <br />Brunner and carried, the modifications were approved. <br />BID ADVERTISING APPROVED - SCARIFICATION AND PAVING <br />Mr. McMahon made a verbal request to the Board to approve advertising <br />for bids for scarification and paving of Rockne Drive, from Ironwood <br />to Twyckenham, and Ford Street, from Olive Street to the Railroad. <br />Upon motion made by Mr. McMahon, seconded by Mr, Brunner and <br />carried, the request was approved. <br />FILING OF PETITION TO VACATE ALLEY BETWEEN LOTS 6 AND 7, CITY VIEW <br />Emory Antalavits and Gene Minnick by their attorney Michael Barnes <br />file a petition to vacate the east -west alley between Lots 6 and 7 <br />in City View Place. Upon motion made by Mr. McMahon, seconded by <br />Mr. Brunner and carried, the petition was filed and referred to the <br />Engineering Department, Community Development Department and the <br />Area Plan Commission for review and recommendation. <br />
