77 REGULAR MEETING JUNE 11, 1979 OPENING OF BIDS - TIRE REPAIRS FOR CITY VEHICLES This was the date set for receiving bids for tire repairs for city vehicles. The Clerk tendered proofs of publication of notice in the South Bend Tribune and the Tri- County News which were found to be sufficient. The following bids were opened and publicly read: Singer General Tire Company Bid was signed by Merle Fahler, South Bend, Indiana non- collusion affidavit was in order and a certified check was submitted.
