REGULAR MEETING QUOTATION: $11,999.00 APRIL 12.2010 99 Upon a motion made by Mr. Littrell, seconded by Mr. Inks and carried, the above Quotations were referred to Community and Economic Development and their consultant for review and recommendation. After reviewing those quotations, Mr. Rob Nichols, Engineering, recommended that the Board award the contract to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder, Martell Electric, LLC, in the amount of $11,999.00. Therefore, Mr. Inks made a motion that the recommendation be accepted, and the quotation be awarded as outlined above. Mr. Littrell seconded the motion, which carried. OPENING OF UOTATIONS - COVELESKI STADIUM SEWAGE EJECTOR IMPROVEMENTS - PROJECT NO. 1 I0-008H (SBCDA TIFF Mr. Gilot advised that this was the date set for the receiving and opening of sealed Quotations for the above referenced project. The following Quotations were opened and read: EDWARD J. WHITE, INC. 1011 South Michigan Street South Bend, Indiana 46601 Quotation was submitted by Mr. Jeff Bucher, Jr. QUOTATION: $3,900.00 NIEZGODSI~I PLUMBING 232 North Mayflower Road South Bend, Indiana 46628 Quotation was submitted by Mr. Ronald Niezgodski QUOTATION: $6,779.80 O.J.S. BUILDING SERVICES, INC. 1008 Lincoln Way East South Bend, Indiana 46601 Quotation was submitted by Mr. Stephen Meyer QUOTATION: $5,060.00 Upon a motion made by Mr, Littrell, seconded by Mr. Inks and carried, the above Quotations were referred to Community and Economic Development and their Consultant for review and recommendation. After reviewing those quotations; Mr. Rob Nichols, Engineering,. recommended that the Board award the contract to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder, Edward J. White, Inc., in the amount of $3,900.00. Mr. Littrell questioned whether we knew for sure that quote price was per pump or for both pumps. Mr. Nichols stated that he was certain it was for both pumps, but he would confirm that. Mr. Littrell noted timing is critical and if the quote was not for both pumps, Mr. Nichols needed to go with the second lowest quote. Therefore, Mr. Gilot made a motion that the recommendation be accepted, the quotation be awarded and Construction Contract be approved as outlined above. Mr. Inks seconded the motion, which carried. Mr. Nichols came back to the Board and confirmed the quote from Edward J. White was indeed for both pumps. OPENING AND AWARD OF QUOTATIONS -TRAFFIC PAINT 201 Q - PROJECT NO 110- 022 (DEPARTMENTAL OPERATING BUDGET) Mr. Gilot advised that this was the date set for the receiving and opening of sealed Quotations for the above referenced material. The following Quotations were opened and read: SEAL MASTER 1010 East Summer Street Indianapolis, Indiana 46227 Quotation was submitted by Mr. Bobby Kreager QUOTATION:
