Public Hearings <br /> <br />(3) continued… <br /> <br />Hearing was opened at the Commission’s <br />meeting on April 9 to accommodate anyone <br />who might have appeared at the April 9 <br />meeting to speak. The Public Hearing was <br />then continued until today to allow the notice <br />to be republished. Ms. Jones reopened the <br />Public Hearing for anyone who wished to <br />speak. There was no one who wished to <br />speak regarding Resolution No. 2664. Ms. <br />Jones closed the Public Hearing for whatever <br />action the Commission wished to take. <br /> <br /> <br />(4) Approval of Resolution No. 2664 <br /> <br />CRN.2664, <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Downes, seconded by <br />OMMISSION APPROVED ESOLUTION O <br />SB <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE OUTH END <br />Mr. Alford and unanimously carried, the <br />RC <br />EDEVELOPMENT OMMISSION APPROPRIATING <br />Commission approved Resolution No. 2664, <br />RG <br />MONIES FROM THE EDEVELOPMENT ENERAL <br />a resolution of the South Bend <br />F(F433) <br />UND UND FOR THE PURPOSE OF PAYING <br />Redevelopment Commission appropriating <br />FOR CERTAIN EXPENSES INCURRED BY THE <br />RC <br />monies from the Redevelopment General <br />EDEVELOPMENT OMMISSION <br />Fund (Fund 433) for the purpose of paying <br />for certain expenses incurred by the <br />Redevelopment Commission. <br /> <br /> <br />(5) Approval of Revised Resolution No. 2667 <br />confirming a resolution amending the <br />Development Plan for the South Side <br />Development Area and adding one or <br />more parcels to the List of Parcels to be <br />Acquired. <br /> <br />Ms. Jones noted that the Public Hearing was <br />held on Resolution No. 2667 at the April 9 <br />meeting, but Commission action on the <br />resolution was deferred until today. <br /> <br /> 6 <br /> <br />
