Public Hearings <br /> <br /> <br />(2)continued… <br /> <br />an Additional Appropriation Resolution of <br />the City of South Bend Redevelopment <br />Commission (South Bend Central <br />Development Area) <br /> <br /> <br />(3) Public Hearing on Resolution No. 2664, a <br />resolution of the South Bend <br />Redevelopment Commission <br />appropriating monies from the <br />Redevelopment General Fund (Fund 433) <br />for the purpose of paying for certain <br />expenses incurred by the Redevelopment <br />Commission. <br /> <br />Mr. Inks noted that the Public Hearing file is <br />complete, containing a copy of Resolution <br />No. 2662 setting the public hearing on <br />Resolution No. 2664; a copy of the Notice of <br />Hearing; a copy of Resolution No. 2664; an <br />affidavit from Carol Smith, Advertising <br />Director of the South Bend Tribune, that the <br />Notice of Hearing was published in that <br />newspaper on April 9, 2010; and an affidavit <br />from Richard Andrysiak, Classified Manager <br />of the Tri-County News, that the Notice of <br />Hearing was published in that newspaper on <br />April 9, 2010. <br /> <br />Ms. Leonard noted that Resolution No. 2664 <br />appropriates $15,000 from Fund 433 for the <br />purpose of paying for outside legal services <br />throughout the year. <br /> <br />CPH <br />Ms. Jones noted that there were some errors <br />ONTINUATION OF UBLIC EARING ON <br />RN.2664 <br />ESOLUTION O <br />in the original Notice of Hearing, so the <br />notice needed to be republished.
