We have asked some <br />of the appraisers that we deal with to get an <br />understanding how values might have been <br />affected in that area and, because Mrs. Brady <br />has asked that question, we have asked our <br />appraisers. I don’t have a good feel there, <br />their answer was it just depends on the <br />situation. The pond that we built at York, the <br />pond that we built at Oliver, they are <br />completely different style ponds than were <br />built back in the ‘40s and ‘50s and ‘60s, so it <br />is considerably different nature.
