South Bend Redevelopment Commission
Regular Meeting –April 9, 2010

Mr. Schalliol
: Yes, because it would require
lead pipe, putting in pumps, long term
maintenance, so yes.

Mr. Ward
: How much would you spend on
buying the properties they’re suggesting to
buy?

Mr. Schalliol
: We don’t have a dollar
amount total yet, but maybe in the
neighborhood of $450,000 to $500,000, by
the time you do the ponds and all. Secondly, the size of
the house and yard were a huge plus to us.
We knew we would have room to grow both
11
