<br />running as follows,vis; Beginning at a point twenty (20) feet south of the
<br />north line of said Section Thirty four (34) and six hundred seventy nine and
<br />five tenths (679.5) feet west of the westerly line of Portage Avenue; and runn-
<br />i ng thence -southeasterly, parallel with the west line of said Portage Avenue to
<br />the north line of Hamilton Street, as shown in Marquette Park Addition, thence
<br />west sixty and give tenths (65.5) feet; thence northwesterly, parallel with
