York Central Railroad <br />Company on the llth. day of February, 1925. Since said time, the said New York Central <br />Railroad Company has been preparing plans and specifications such as is required by <br />law, but it is not able to, and will not be aisle to j cause the same to be prepared <br />so they can be filed with your Honorable Board on or before April llth., 1925.. <br />1 <br />That in the opinion of the Petitioner Sixty (60) days longer <br />time will be required. JOSEPH COUNTY, STATE <br />OF INDIANA_ BY THE NEW YORK CENTRAL RAILROAD COMPANY <br />AnD THE GRAND TRUNK WESTERN.RAILWAY COMPANY, <br />DECLARATION BY THE PENNSYLVANIA RAILROAD COMPANY. <br />The Pennsylvania Railroad Company, now the owner -of the <br />railroad and railroad property in the City' of South Bend, St;. Joseph County, State of <br />Indiana, i'forearly owned by the Terre Haute and Logansport Railroad Company, -in response <br />to the notice served it by the Board of Public Works of the, said City of South Bend <br />of the adoption by the said Board of Public Works on January 9919250 of Modified <br />Resolution No. 4 providing for the separation of grades of the New York Central <br />Railroad Company by the elevation of the railroad tracks of that company over certain <br />streets designated in said Resolution, and requiring it, The Pennsylvanian Railroad <br />Company, to file with said Board of Public Works plans and specifications for the work <br />that will be made necessary by reason of the elevation of the tracks of the New York <br />Central Railroad Company and " an itemized estismte of the complete cost of the work <br />speeifiedtin the plans and specifications so filed by it," now declares and gives <br />notice that it will take up and remove all of its tracks which is north of the south <br />line of Bronson Street in said dity of South Bend, whenever, because of the progress <br />of the work' of elevating said railroad tracks of the New York Central Railroad Company, <br />It my become necessary that.said part of its said track be removed. It attaches <br />hereto, and makes a part hereof, a blue print plat showing the exact location of that <br />part of Ito railroad track that it will take up and remove, being the part indicated by <br />the dotted line in green ink on said blue print, and being 50 feet in length. <br />THE PENNSYUVANIA RAILROAD COMPANY.;.. <br />BY M.
