Board met in regular session at 9:00 A.M. All members present. 1 Atty, DM Schurtz and Alex Langel appeared before the Board and presented petition for pavement on Kosciuszko Street from Indiana Avenue to Prairie Avenue. Resolution ordered. Appraisers hereby appointed to appraise property taken for the condemnation or relocation of South -Street between Main Street°and Taylor Street, An this City, Ed. Neddo Philip Bondwrant and Frank J. Anderson hereby appointed, Clerk instructed to notify each appraiser of such appointment. The following resolutions were adopted:. IMPROVEMENT RESOLUTION NO. 1457 fOr pavements grading curb and walk on Mayne Street, Wayne Street South and Wayne Street north from Eddy Street to a line between the southwesterly corner of lot 67 in Sunnymedo Addition and north westerly corner of lot 166 in Sunnymede Addition reading as follows:- ( Insert see files.) adopted and filed.
