Avenue, <br />Shall be changed* begin*ing at the grade of said Prairie Avenue as establishers at No. <br />8 above, there shall bean ascending grade north of three (3) feet to each one <br />(100) feet until it intersects the present grade of said street, except that a vertical <br />suarve sixty (60) feet irislength shall be provided at the upper end of the approach. <br />- (11) Lafayette Street: At the intersection of Lafayette Street <br />and the , tracks of said railroad, the surface of said street from h point . five (5) feet <br />north of the north line of the superstructure to a point five (5) feed south of the <br />south line of the superstructure shall be depressed one and fifty -one' hundredths <br />(1,511 feet below the top of the south rail of the west bound main tracks as now <br />m aintained, the elevation;.of said track being 64.72 when referred to South Bend datum <br />X and 149.73 when referred to New York Central datum. Clearance shall be twelve and,one- <br />half (12 ) feet between the surface of the street as fixed abovex6nd the superstructure <br />over sail street; and the grade of the approach north from the"point five (5) feet <br />north of the north line of the superstructure shall -be an ascending grade along two.-,, <br />vertical curves of equal length and intersecting the present, grade of Lafayette Street <br />at the north line of '-,South Street; and the grade of the approach south from a point <br />five (5) feet south from the south line of the superstructure shall be asoending• <br />grade of two and one-half (2210 feet to each one hundred (100) feet,until it inter- <br />sects the present glade of Lafayette Street, except that verb :�Ll curves sixty (60) <br />feet in length shall be provided at the caper and lower ends of the approach. <br />(12).
