<br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF PUBLIC 'WORKS OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND,
<br />-ST. JOSEPH COUNTY,, STATE OF INDIANA9 that it is delired L and deemed necessary to improve
<br />Alley West of Michigan Street from Garst Street to Stull Street as follows, to -wit: -
<br />Said Alley shall be graded and the roadway thereof shall be paved, and
<br />also the roadway of certain portions of the streets and alloys which enter or intersect
<br />said street shall be graded and paved. The paving material to be used in making said
<br />improvement shall be Sheet -1-sphalt, BitulithiagAsphaltic Concrete, Brick or Portland

<br />Cement Concrete Pavment seven (7) inches thick , and the foundation shall be Portland
