<br />B'E IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF PUBLIC WORKS OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND,
<br />ST. JOSEPH COUNTY, STATE OF INDIANA,.that it is desired'and deemed necessary to
<br />improve Donald Street from Main Street .to Michigan Street as follows, to-.wit:-
<br />•S Id Street shall be graded and the roadway thereof shad be paved,
<br />and also the roadway of certain portions of the streets and alleys which enter or
<br />intersect said street shall be graded and psved� The paving material, to be used in
<br />leaking said improvement shall be Sheet Asphalt, Bi*ulithio, ,Asphaltic 'Concrete,
<br />Brick or Portland Ce:.lent Concrete. Pavement seven (7) riches thick, and the foun-
<br />dation shall be portland cement concrete six (6) inches thick f(rr the sheet asphalt,
<br />bitulithic, asphaltic concrete and brick, or folled gravel six (6)_inche's thick for
<br />the brick, also cement curb shall be 6anstructed along said street where same is
<br />necessary and not already constructed, manholes, storm grater inlets and conduits,
<br />shall be constructed where necessary, all manhole tops and storm water inlets shall
<br />be set to the proper grade, cement marginal curb shall be constructed at all street
<br />and alley intersections where necessary, all as is more particularly shown and all
<br />in accordance with the plans, profiles, detail drawings and specifications on file

<br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF PUBLIC WBRES OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND,

<br />improve Quimby Street from Francis Street to Eddy Street as follows, to -wit: -
<br />Said Street shall be graded and the roadway thereof shall be paved,
