182 Wednesday March 19, 1924. Continued. Resolved further, that notices be published on the 1st day of April 1924 and on the Sth day of April, 1924, in the South Bend News Times and South Bead T ribune-in said City, stating that this Board will receiVe bids for the cnn .structian of said improvement up to 10:00 A.M. on the 22nd day of April, 1924. The Board reserves the right to reject any and all bids. Hearing had on Improvement Resolution No. 1302 for Pavement on Johnson Street from Washington Avenue to Lincoln Way West in the City df, South BEND , Ind- iana. Upon said hearing no remonstrators appeared and no written remonstrance was filed. The Board being fully advised in the premises, decides that. the ben- efits to property liable to be assessed for said improvement are equal to the estimated cost of the same, as reported by the City Civil Engineer, and thereupon takes final action on said resolution as originally adopted and the same is hereby in all things ratified, confirmed and approved. Reshlved further, that notices be published on the 27th day of March 1924 and on the 3rd clay of April, 1924 in the South Bend News Times and South Bend Tribune in said City, stating that this Board will receive bids for the construct- ion. of said improvement up to 10:00 A.M. on -the 15th day of April, 1924. The Board reserves the right to reject any and all bids. Hearing had on Improvement Resolution No. 1304 for Pavement on Kenwood A venue from Johnson Street to Olive Street in the City of South Bend, Indiana. Upon said hearing no remonstrators appeared and no written remanstrance was filed. The Board being fully advised in the premises, decides that the benefits to property liable to be assessed for said improvement are equal to the estimated cost of the same, as reported by the City Civil Engineer, and thereupon takes final action on said resolution as originally adopted and the same is hereby in all things ratified, confirmed and approved. Upon said hearing no remonstrators appeared and no written remonstrance was filed. The Board being fully advised in the premises, decides that the ben- efits to property liable to be assessed for said improvement are equal to the estimated cost of the same, as reported by the City Civil Engineer, and thereupon takes final action on said resolution as originally adopted and the same is hereby in all things ratified, confirmed and approved.
