Grade, curb and walk on Glenn Street from Prairie Avenue to Ewing Ave. under Improvement Resolution N0, 1308 Upon said hearings no remonstrators appeared and no written remonstrances were filed. The Board being fully advised in the premises, decides that the benefits to property liable to be assessed for said improvements are equal' to the estimated cost of the same, as reported by the City Civil Engineer, and thereupon takes final action on said above mentioned resolutions as originally adopted and the sage are hereby in all things ratified, confirmed and approved. Resolved furthers that notices be published on the 27th. day of March April 3rd., 1924 and April 1st., 1924 and April 8th., 1924 in the South Bend News Times and Tribune in said City, stating that this Board will receive bids for the construction of said pavement up to 10:00 A.M. Tuesday April 15th., 1924 and -for the sidewalk up to 10:00 A.M. Tuesday Mat April 22nd.9 1924. The Board reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
