The Board being fully advised in the premises, decides that the benefits to <br />property liable to be assessed for said improvement are equal to the estimated cost <br />of the same, as reported by the City Civil Engineer, and thereupon takes final action <br />on said resolution as originally adopted and the same is hereby in all things ratified, <br />c_ oni' irmed and approved. <br />Resolved further, that notices .be_ published on khd of --ter Msr h 25th, 1924, <br />when Engineer f iles report. <br />Hearing had on Improvement Resolution No. 1285 for Pavement and Widening <br />on jeffe.rson STREET FROM Lafayette Boulevard to Taylor Street in the Cityof South Bend, <br />Indiana. <br />Upon said hearing Dr. Charles Stotlz appeared and requested the Board to <br />save if possible a certain tree in front of his premises. No written. remonstrance <br />was filed. The Board being fully advised in the premises, decides that the benefits <br />to property liable to be assessed for said improvement are equal to the estimated. cost <br />of the same, as reported by the City Civil Engineer, and thereupon takes final action <br />on said resolution as originally adopted and the same is hereby in all things ratified; <br />confirmed and approved. <br />Resolved further, that notices be published on the 27th day of March$ <br />1924 and on the 3rd day of April, 1924 in the South Bend News Times and South Bend <br />Tribune in said City, statin6 that this Board will receive bids for the construction <br />of said improvement up to 10:00 A.M. on the 15th day of April, 1924 . The Board being fully advised in the premises, decides that the benefits <br />to the property liable to be assessed for said improvement are equal to the estimated <br />cost of the same, as reported by the City Civil Engineer, and thereupon takes_ final <br />action on said resolution as driginally adopted and the sane is hereby in all things <br />ratified, ennfirmed and approved. <br />
