<br />RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF PUBLIC WORKS OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA:
<br />That it is desirable to vacate the f-.pllowing:
<br />An Alley in Willis A. Bugbee's First Addition to the City of South Bend,
<br />Indiana: as follows to wit:_
<br />The twelve (12) f©bt alley running east and west and lying north of lot
<br />seventeen (17) and lot eighteen (18) in Millis A. Bugbee's First Addition to the City of
<br />South Bend, Indiana.
<br />The following property may be injuriously or beneficially affected by such
<br />vacation:
<br />Beginning at the intersection of the west line of Notre Dame A venue and
<br />the southerly line bf. South Bend Avenue: thence south along the west line of Willis A.
<br />Bugbee's First Addition; thence south along -the west line of Notre Dame Avenue to the
<br />south line of Bugbee's Addition; thence west along the south line of Bugbee's Addition
<br />to the west line of said Addition; thence north along the -west -line of said Addition to
<br />ta;.e southerly line of South Bend Avenuea thence north easterly along the southerly line
<br />of South Bend Avenue to the place of beginning.
<br />Notice of this resolution shall be published on the 15th day of March, 1924,
<br />and nn the 22nd day of March, 1924 in the South Bend Daily Tribune.e(nd News Mimes.
<br />This Board, at its office in the City' Hall on the 9th day of April, 1924, at
<br />7:15 p.m.- will hear and receive remonstrances from all persons interested in or affected
<br />by these proceedings. +
