WIMTATI ON RESOLUTION No. 87 RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF PUBLIC _WORKS OF, THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA: That the following described property be appropriated for the use of said city: Elmer Street from the north line of Marquette Heights Addition to Wilson Street as follows, to -wit:- Beginning at a point on the north line of Marquette Heights ADDITION Two hundred seventy four (274) feet east of the east line of Olive Street: tnen.ce north parallel with %nd 274 feed, east of the east line of Olive Street to the sauth line of Wiison.Street: thence east sixty (60) feet; thence south para- lell with and sixty (60) feet east of the above line to the north line -of Marl quette Heights Addition; thence west sixty (60) feet to the place of beginning. The following described property may be injuriously or beneficially effected by such appropriation: Beginning at the intersection of the center line of Olive Street and the north line of Marquette Heights Addition;thenee north along the center line of Olive Street to the center line of Wilson Street; thence east along the center line of Wilson Street to the center line of the center line of Huey Street; thence south along the center line of Huey Street to the north line of Marquette Heights Addition; _-th6ne6t"5�6stlaiong the north line MarOuette Heights Addition sixty (60) feet to the place of beginning.
