<br />LOCAL SEWER IMPROVEMENT RESOLUTION No. 1325*
<br />RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF PUBLIC WORKS OF THF,CITY OF SOUTH BEND, COUNTY
<br />OF ST. JOSEPH,, STATE OF INDIANA, That the construction of a local sewer, intended
<br />and adapted only for local use by the property holders whose property abuts
<br />thereon, and not intended or adapted for receiving sewerage fromcollateral
<br />drains, be and the same is hereby order4d in and 4hong Kosciuszko Street from
<br />the satith line of Indiana Avenue to the Alley north of Prairie Avenue as'followso
<br />to -wit:_
<br />Beginning at the center line of Kosciuszko Street and the south line of
<br />Xndiana Avenue: thence south along the center line of Kosciuszko Street.to center
<br />line of Dubdil Avenue with a 15 inch vitrified pipe sewer; thence still south
<br />along the center line of Kosciuszko Street 350 feet with a 12 inch vitrified
<br />pipe sewer; thence south along the center line of Kosciuszko SA;reet'406 feet with
<br />a 10 inch vitrified pipe sewer, together with the necessary manholes, storm water
<br />inlets, conduits and houseconnectionsto the curb line along the line of said
