<br />RESOLVED.BY THE BOARD OF PUBLIC WORKS OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, County
<br />0,P ST. JOSEPH, STATE OF INDIANA, That the construction of a local sewer, intended and
<br />adapted only for local use by the property holders whose property abuts thereon, and
<br />not intended or adapted for receiving sewerage from collateral drains, be and the same
<br />Is hereby ordered in and along Broadway frmm the manhole at, the east, end of the
<br />Broadway Sewer to the. First- Ailey west of Miami Street as follows, to -wit: -
<br />Beginning at the east of the Broadway Sewer at Dale Avenue: thence east
<br />along the center line of Broadway to the first alley west of Miami Street with a< twelve
<br />(12) ineh�vitrified pipe sewer: together with the necessary manholes, storm water.
