<br />• Hearing had on Improvement Resolution No. 1294 for pavement on Fisher
<br />Street from Harris Street to 2nd alley, west of Harris Street in
<br />Bend, Indiana. the City of South
<br />Upon said hearing no remonstrators appeared and no written remonstrance
<br />was filed. The Board being fully advised in the premises, decides that the benefits
<br />to property liable to be assessed for •said improvement, are equal to the estimated
<br />cost of the same, as reported by the City Civil Engineer, and thereupon takes final
<br />a cl,ion on said resolution as originally adopted and the same is hereby in all.things
<br />ratified, confirmed and approved.`
<br />Resolved further, that notices be published on the 27th day of March,
<br />1924 and on the 3rd day of April, 1924 in the South Bend News Times and South Bend
<br />Tribune in said City, stating that this Board will receive hies for the construction
<br />of said improvement up to 10:00 A.M. on the 15th day of April, 1924. The Board
<br />reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
