DI <br />Janus <br />1924. Continued. <br />from t <br />east . o <br />sects <br />Street <br />and on <br />grade <br />he grade established above at the point one hundred and eighty (ISO)' feet <br />the east line of Fellows Street, shall be a straight line until it inter - <br />the grade of Fellows Street as fixed at No. 16, above; and the ache of Sample <br />west of the west line of Fellows Street sharll be an ascending grade of two <br />e half (2j) feet to each one hundred feet until itintersects the present <br />of Sample Street. <br />(19) RUSH STREET., At the intersection of Rush Street and the tracks <br />of said railroad (which street intersects them at.the same point that Sample Street <br />does) the'surfaoe of -said street shall be depressed as follows:- The grade of Rush <br />Street where the same intersects the north line of Sample Street shall be depressed <br />to conform with the grade of the north line o Sample Street as fixed at No. 180above <br />and the grade of the approach of said street north shall be a level grade from the <br />north line of Sample Street to the northerly line of the.right of way (of 'said <br />railroad and the grade of Rush Street where the same intersects the south line of <br />Sample Street shall be depressed to conform with the grade of the south line of <br />Sample Street as fixed at No. 18 above, and the grade of the approach of said <br />street south shall be a straight line from the south line ag Sample Street to the <br />north line of Ohio Street. Clearance shall be not less than twelve and one half <br />(12�) feet between the surface "of the street. as fixed above and the bottom of the <br />superstructure over said street. <br />(20);"The grade of Angle Street which intersects both Sample Street <br />and Rush Street shall -be changed so that it.shall ooAform to the trade of Sample <br />Street as -fixed .at NO. 18 above, , anal with the grade of Rush Streei, as fixed _at No. <br />19 above, and.the grade -of said street between the points as fixed above shall be <br />a straight line. The grade of the first alley south of Sample Street, -which inter- <br />sects Rush Street on the Rest side be changed so as to conform to the grade of Rush <br />Street as established at No. 19 above, and then ascend to the west, at the rate of. <br />five,(5) feet to,each one hundred (100).feet.until it intersects the present grade <br />of the alley. The grade of the first alley east of Fellows Street which inter-,. <br />sections Sample -Street on the South side shali..be changed,sp as to conform to the <br />grade of...Sampie Street as established at NO. 1S above and then ascend to the south <br />at the rate of five (5) feet to each one hundred (1001 feet until it intersects <br />the present grade of said alley.. <br />(21) OHIO STREET.* At the intersection of Ohio Street and the tracks <br />of said railway the surface of said street shall be depressed three (3) feet below <br />the top of the highest rail of the tracks at. said intersection as now maint�lned; <br />clearance shall .be twelve and one half (12-) feet between the surface of th6 street <br />as fixed above and the bottom of the superstructure over said street; the grade of <br />the approaches to the east and the west of the superstructure shall be a level grade <br />until i1,,intersects the present grade of Ohio Street. <br />(2%) MARIETTA STREET., At the intersection of Mariettm Street, and <br />the tracks of said railroad, the surface of said street shall be depressed three <br />(3) feet below the top of the highest r-4ii of the tracks at said intersection as now <br />ma�n)ained to conform to hhe rade of. Ohio Street as fixed Iat No. 21 above; clearance <br />stall be twelve and one half fl2j) feet between the 'surfaee(of the street as fixed <br />above and the bottom of the superstructure over said street and the grade df the <br />approaches to the north and to the south of the superstructure shall be ._evel grades <br />until they intersect the present grades of Marietta Street. <br />23) HIGH STREET.., At the intersection of High. Stree-t and the <br />trAoks-br said railroad, the surface of said street shall be depressed four (4) <br />feet below the top of the highest rail of the tracks at said intersection as now <br />maintained; clearance shall be fourteen (14) feet between the surface of, -the street <br />as fixed above and the bottom of the superstructure over adid street, the grade of <br />the'approaoh of said street'north from the north line of the superstruoture shall be <br />a level grade to the center of the first alley south of Ohio Street and theta a <br />descending grade of two and one half (21) feet to'eaeh one hundred (100)'feet to <br />a point eight -five (85) feet south of tie south line of -Ohio Street; and the grave <br />of the approach of said street south from the south line of the superstructure shall <br />be &level grade to a point sixty (60) feet, north of the north line of the alley north <br />of Wenger Street _and theN an ascending grade of two and one half (2�) feet to each <br />one hundred (1001 feet u til it intersects the present grade of said street, <br />(24) -The Grade of Keasey Street where the same intersects the west <br />line of High Street shall be changed so as to conform to thegradeof High Street <br />as fixed in No. 23 above, and the grade of said street west from the west line of <br />High Street hhall be an ascending grade of three (3) feet to each one hundred 0100). <br />feet until it interseots-the present grade of said street. The grade of the first <br />alley south of Ohio Street which intersects the west) line .of High Street shall be <br />changed so as to conform to the grade of High Street,and the grade of said all y wesz, <br />west of the west line of High Street shall be an ascer�di grade of five (5) feet to <br />each one hundred feet until it intersects the present grade of said alley. <br />(25) The grade of Miami Street, where the same intersects the <br />tracks of said railroad shall be raisdd eight and four tenths (8-4 10) feet above the <br />top.of the highes t rail of said tracks as now maintained; and the tracks of said <br />company across said street shall braised to conform to, the grade of said street <br />when changed as provided herein.
