<br />on the 17th, day of January 1924 and on the 24th. day of January 1924 in the South
<br />Bend,News Times and Tribune in,said Cit , newspappors or general circulation setting .
<br />and fixin the 6th. day of February 1924 at 7:15 P-M, s the office of 8414 Board
<br />in the City Hall, South Bend, Indiana as the time and place when this Board will.
<br />receive and hear remonstrances against the amounts assessed against each of the•lots
<br />and parcels of land on said roll and will hear and: determine whether such lots and
<br />parcels-of.land will be speoiciaily beneff tted by said-lmprovement by the amounts
<br />stated and set forth in said rolls. "

<br />west of the west line of Olivet Street with a 12 inch vitrified pipe sewere
