' VACATION RESOLUTION NO. 81910#jAi Resolved by the Board of,Public Works of the City of South Bend, Indiana: That.it is desirable to vacate the,following:- Vacate the alloy lying between lots 23 and 24"in Prairie Avenue Heights Addirion as follows, to -wit: - Beginning at the southeast corner of lot 23 in Prairie Avenue Heights Addition; thence south along the west line of Dorothy Street 14 feet; thence west 120 feet to the lat. alley west of Dprothy Street; thence north 14.feet; thence.oast'120 feet to the place of beginning. The following property may be injuriously or benefically effected by such vacati©n:- Beginning at the intersection of the west line of Dorothy Street and southerly lina'of Prairie Avenue; thence south along the west line of,DoAothy Street to the south line of lot,24 Prairie Avenue Heights Addition; thence west to the lat. alloy west of Dorothy Streeti thence north along said alley to southe�ly line of Prairie Avenue thence northeasterly sloeg southerly line of Prairie Avenue; thence northeasterly along the southerly line -of Prairie Avenue to the place.of beginning. Notice of this resolution shall.be published on the 26th. day of January 1924 and on the 2nd. day of February 1924 in the South Bend Daily Tribune and N swo Times. • This Board, at.its office in the City Hall on hhe 20th. day of February 1924 at 7:15 P.M, will hear and receive remonstrances from all persons interested in or affected -by these proceedings.
