2i. Wm. A. Henry, City Ehectriciau' appeared before' the Board in regard to attending the Electrical Convention at Omaha, Nebr. The Board granted W. A. Henry permission to attend the Convention at Omaha, Rebr. and the expense of said trip to be paid out of the Convention Fond. The Board duly appointed J. W. Fites Street Commissioner of this City said appointment to become effective from Janue&ry lst., 1924. Board increased John Vernon's sik"ry Four.($4.00) per month to take care of the telephone rental effective from January lst., 1924. The Board duly appointed Wm. F. Qualls as Pole and Wire Inspector same to become effective from this 15th. day of January 1924. Board appointed Philip Bondurant, Ed Neddo and A.
