<br />south of Riverside Drive from Forest Avenue to Park Avenue.
<br />Improvement Resolution No.I968 for the pavement of the Ist., a
<br />west of Park Avenue from Riverside Drive t,o first alley south.
<br />In all. of the above named improvement resolutions, the Board
<br />hereby orders that on the 9th., day of November, 1927, this Board will meet in their
<br />office in the City Hall at 7-15 P. Y. , to hear and receive remonstrances from all
<br />persons whose property is liable to be assessed for said improvements and will decide
<br />whether the benefits to the property liable to be assessed fof@ said improvement will
<br />be equal to the estimated of cost of same as reported by the City Engineer. The
<br />Board further orders that notices of said hearings shall be published in the South Ben
<br />News Times and Tribune on the 2lst. , day of October- and on the 28th. , day of October,
<br />I927,,according to law and that notices be mailed to property owners according to law.
<br />City Engineer, Mr. H. G. 01ray, submitted the following partial
<br />estimates:
<br />Partial estimate No. 3 for the Northxrest Trunk sewer, in accord-
<br />ance with the terms of the contract between the City and J. J. Dunnegan Construction
<br />Company under Improvement Resolution No.I774. Board signed and approved same in the
<br />amount of 92,389.47.
<br />Partial estimate No.I for the grade, curb and walk improvement
<br />on Olive Street from Bergan Street to Wilson Street, in acc&rdance with the terms of
<br />the contract between the City and E. T. Tranberg under Improvement Resolution No.I935.
<br />Board signed and approved same in the amount of I.945.26.
<br />Board approved the Flat of Roanoke Heights with t'h.e rollowing
<br />Dedication.
<br />'The attached plat of Roanoke Heights is a subdivision of the
<br />I following described property, to -wit:
<br />Beginning at a •stone in the center of Section 24, Township I
<br />Thirty-eight (38) north range Two (2) East, thence West alo#g the east and west center'l
<br />line of said section 24 a distance of Thirteen hundred thirty five and nine tenths
<br />(1335,90) feet to the center of Dixie Highway, thence South along the center line of
<br />Dixie Highmy a distance of eight hundred and forty six (846) feet, thence East parallel
<br />with the east and west center line of said section 24 a distance of Thirteen hundred
<br />thirty two and eighteen (I352I1$) feet to the North and South center line of said section
<br />24, thence North along the North and South center line of said section 24 a distance
<br />of Eight hundred and forty six (846) feet to the place of beginning. j
<br />The Plat contains 76 lots numbered from I to 76 inclusive.
<br />The size of the lots and the width of the Streets are marked on the Plat in feet and
<br />fractions thereof.
<br />The Streets are gereby dedicated to the Public for the use of
<br />the Public as Public thoroughfares.
<br />A strip of land seven (7) feet in width off of and from the
<br />rear end of each lot is hereby reserved for an easement to be used by Public Utilities;
<br />in the construction thereon pipe and pole lines and said strip of land is hereby dedi-
<br />cated for that purpose.
