Vadn.a ci ,y, October I2th. , 1927. 179 on the I8th., day of Octobers I927,`this Board will meet in their office in the City Hall at 10:00 A. M., to hear and receive remonstrances from all persons whose property has been assessed for said improvement and will decide whther the several lots and parcels of land have been benefited in the amounts shown on said roll, or in a greater or less amount. _- '� City Engineer, Mr. H. Ndray o filed primary assessment roll for the widening and pavement of Lincoln V14i tQt from the north line of LaSalle Avenue to the west line of Cottage.Grove Avenue under Improvement Resolution No.I9I3. In the above named assessment roll, the Board hereby orders that on the I9th. , day of October, I927, this Board will meet in their office in the City Hall: at 7±I6 P. M., to hear and receive remonstrances from all persons whose property has been assessed for said improvement and will decide whether the several lots and parcels of land primary assessed for said improvement have been or will be benefited in the amounts shown on said assessment roll or in a greater or less amount. The Bard further orders that notices of said, hearing shall be published in the South end Dews Times and Tribune an the I4tk., day of October and on the I5th., day of October, 1927, according to law. This being the date set _... g , hearing was had on the. Assessment roll for the pavement of LaSalle Avenue from Main Street to point 17 feet west of the east line of lot 4 in Miller Sub., under Improvement Resolution No.I8I2. In the above named assessment roll, no remonstrators appeared and no writte-n remonstrance was filed and the Board, being fully advised in the premises, finds that the several1lots and parcels of land have been benefited in the amounts shown on said modified roll. Therefore, the Board takes final action on said assessment rolls filed October. 4th. , 1927, and deelares same in all things ratified, confirmed and approved. as modified; '_the modification of the roll, being shown in red on the assessment roll.
