<br />Bids having been received for the construction of a sewer on
<br />Orange Street from Olive Street to Meade Street under Improvement Resolution No.I932
<br />the Board, this 2lst. day of September, 1927, hereby awards the contract for said
<br />improvement to Rocco bimeri at his low bid of I,965g34.
<br />City Angineer, Mr. H. G. Wray, filed plans, specifications and
<br />estimates and the Board adopted the following improvement resolutions:
<br />Improvement Resolution No.I955 for the pavement of Bertrand
<br />Street from Johnson Street to Ben.dix.Drive.
<br />Improvement Resolation No.I956 for the pavement of High Street
<br />from Fairview Avenue to Donmoyer Avenue.
<br />In both of the above named improvement resolutions, the Board
<br />hereby orders that on -the 2nd., day of November, 1927, this Board will meet in their
<br />office in the City Hall, at 7-15 P. M., to hear and receive remonstrances from all
<br />persons whose property is liable to be assessed for said improvements and will decide
<br />whether the benefits to the several lots and parcels of land, liable to be assessed f
<br />said improvements, will be equal to the estimated cost of as same as reported by the
<br />City Engineer. The Board further orders that nntthes of said hearings shall be
<br />published on the I2th., day of October and on the I9th., day of October, 1927, in
<br />the South Bend News Times and Tribune.
<br />City Engineer, Mr. H. G. gray, filed plans and the Board adopted
<br />a resolution for the vacation of the i*st., alley north of Sunnymede Avenue from the
<br />east.line of the Ist., alley west of Harriett Street to the east line of Lot 224 in
<br />Sunnymede Addition produced north, under Vacation Resolution No.I957.,�
<br />In the above named vacation resolution, the Board hereby orde:
<br />that on the 12t4 day of 'tFatojje , 1927, this Board will meet in their office at 7-I5
<br />P M., to hear and receive remonstrances from all persons whose property may be affec
<br />by said vacation. Board further orders that notices of said hearing -shall be publish
<br />ed in the South Bend News Times and Tribune on the '24th. , day of (_eptembewcj on the
<br />Irdt., day of October, I927.
<br />The Board approved Flary's Subdivision of Lot I09 Jacksons
<br />proposed Addition to the City of South Bend, Indiana, with the following Dedication:
<br />"The attached plat known as Flary's Subdivision of Lot 109
<br />Jackson's Proposed Addition to the City of South Bend, Indiana, is bounded by a line
<br />runntcng as follows:
<br />Beginning at a point in the north and south center line of
<br />Section 34, Township 38 north, Range 2 East, three hundred ninety seven and fourty-
<br />five hundredths (397.45) feet south of the northwest corner of the northeast cluarter
<br />( ) of said Section 34„ thence south one hundred twenty-five and six tenths (125.6)
<br />feet; thence east three hundred thirty and five tenths (330.5) feet; thence north c
<br />hundred twenty five and six t enths - (I25.6 ) feet; theme west three hundred thirty
<br />and five tenths (330.5) feet to the place of beginning..
<br />All parts of streets not here -to -fore dedicated to the public
<br />are hereby dedicated to the public for public use.
