<br />Improvement Resolution No. I921 for the sewer improvement on 20th. Street
<br />(I from Jefferson Blvd., to McKinley Avenue.
<br />I In all of the above named improvement. resolutions, no remonstrators appeared
<br />I and no written remonstrance was filed and the Board, being fully advised in the premises
<br />finds that the benefits to the several lots and parcels of land liable to be assessed
<br />for said improvements will be equal to the estimated cost of same as reported by the
<br />j City Engineer and that the improvements are necessary. The Board, therefore., takes
<br />final action on all of the above named improvement resolutions and declares said resol
<br />cations, in all things ratified, confirmed and approved.
<br />The Board now orders that on the I4th., day of September, i927, this Board
<br />�i will receive, open and consider sealed proposals up to 7-I5 P. M., for the construction
<br />!i of the above named improvements. The Board further orders that notice of said proposals
<br />• �i shah: be published on the 2nd. , day of September and on the 9th. , day of September,
<br />1927, in the South Bend News Times and Tribune.
<br />This being the date set, hearings were had on the following improvement
<br />resolutions:
<br />Improvement resolution No.I924 for the pavement on Colfax Avenue from Walnut
<br />to Birdsell Street.
<br />Improvement resolution No.I9I3 for the pavement of Division Street from
<br />Parry Street to Eddy Street.

<br />In both of the above named improvement resolutions, remonstrators but no
<br />written remonstrance was filed, and the Board being fully advised in the premises finds
<br />that the benefits to the several lots and parcels of land liable to be assessed for said
<br />improvements will be equal to the estimated cost of same as reported by the City 4ngin-
<br />eer and that the improvements are necessary. The Board, therefore, over rules the
<br />remonstrances and declares said improvement resolutions in all things ratified, con-
<br />j firmed and approved.
<br />The Board no,Yorders that on the I4th. , day of September, I927, this Board

<br />line of Sample Street.
<br />In the above named improvement resolution, remonstrators appeared and a
<br />written remonstrance was filed, and the Board being fully advised in the premises, finds
<br />l that the benefits to the several lots and parcels of land liable to be assessed for
<br />said improvements will be equal to the estimated cost of same as reported by the City
<br />!; Engineer and that the improvement is necessary. The Board, therefore, over rules said
<br />'!remonstrance and declares said improvement resolution in all things ratified, confirm

<br />This being the date set, hearing was had on Improvement resolution No.I923
<br />for the pavement on YleKinley Avenue from the east line of Greenlawn Avenue to the west
<br />line of 22nd., Street.
<br />In the above matter, no remonstrators appeared and no written remonstsnce
<br />was filed, and the Board being fully advised in the premises, finds that the several
<br />lots and parcels of land liable to be assessed for said improvement will be benefited
<br />in accordance with the estimated cost of same as reported by the city engineers and
<br />that the improvement is necessary. The Board, therefore, takes final action on said
<br />resolution and declares same in all things ratified, confirmed and approved.

<br />of the Northwest Trunk Sewer:

<br />This certifies, that J. J. Dunnegan Construction Company, general contractor
