442 Wednesday. August 31st. , 1927. 01,000.00, signed by Metropolitan Casualty Insurance Co., of New York. This being the date set, continued hearing was had on the assessme roll for the construction of pipe sewer on Orange Street from -College Street to a oin 40 feet West of East line of Lot 24 College Grove Addition r -Also from Brookfield �tre tp a point I69.5 feet west of the center line of Brookfield; also from Grant Street to alley west of O'Brien Street under Improvement Resolution No.1796. In the above named assessment roll, the Board finds that the lots and parcelsof land primarily assessed for said improvement have been benefited in the amounts shown on said roll. Therefore, the Board takes final action on said assessment' roll and declares same in all things ratified, confirmed and approved and the proceed- ings closed. The Board now orders said assessment roll delivered to the Department of Finance. This being the date set, hearings were had on the following assess- ment rolls: Assessment roll for the grade, curb and walk improvement on Johnson' Street from Hamilton Street to Pershing Street under Improvement resolution No.1846. i Assessment roll for the grade, curb and walk improvement on Falcon Street from Division Street to Jefferson Blvd., under Improvement Resolution No.I826. Assessment roll for the grade, curb and walk improvement on Liberty! Street from Division Street to Jefferson Blvd., under Improvement resolution No.I822. Assessment roll for the grade, curb and walk improvement on Iowa Street from Division Street to Jefferson Blvd., under Improvement Resolution No.I824. Assessment roll for the pavement improvement on Sheridan Avenue from Ayley South of Division Street to a point 82' South under Improvement resolution No.I806, j Assessment roll for the pavement improvement on Colfax Avenue from Eddy Street to Sunnyside Avenue under Improvement Resol-fttion No.27I5. In all of the above named assessment rolls, no remonstrators appear;; ed and no written remonstrance was filed and the Board being fully advised in the premises finds that the several lots and parcels of land primarily assessed for said improvements have been benefited in the amounts shown on said roll. Therefore, the Board takes final action on said assessment rolls, filed August I6th. , and August 24th. , I927, and declares same in all things ratified, c onfirnuad and approved and the proceedings closed. After hearing all persons interested in said assessment (tolls, the Board decid s to continue hearings on said rolls until September I4th.1 I927. This being the date set, hearing was had on Vacation resolution for the Vacation of the Ist alley South of Dunham Street from Carlisle Street to south line of Dunham Street under Vacation Resolution No.I9I8.J In the above named tacation resolution, no remonstrators appeared and no written remonstrance was filed, and the Board bein- fully advised in the premise, takes final action on said vacation resolution and declares same in all things ratified; confirmed and approved and the alley vacated.
