442 <br />Wednesday. August 31st. , 1927. <br />01,000.00, signed by Metropolitan Casualty Insurance Co., of New York. <br />This being the date set, continued hearing was had on the assessme <br />roll for the construction of pipe sewer on Orange Street from -College Street to a oin <br />40 feet West of East line of Lot 24 College Grove Addition r -Also from Brookfield �tre <br />tp a point I69.5 feet west of the center line of Brookfield; also from Grant Street <br />to alley west of O'Brien Street under Improvement Resolution No.1796. <br />In the above named assessment roll, the Board finds that the lots <br />and parcelsof land primarily assessed for said improvement have been benefited in the <br />amounts shown on said roll. Therefore, the Board takes final action on said assessment' <br />roll and declares same in all things ratified, confirmed and approved and the proceed- <br />ings closed. The Board now orders said assessment roll delivered to the Department of <br />Finance. <br />This being the date set, hearings were had on the following assess- <br />ment rolls: <br />Assessment roll for the grade, curb and walk improvement on Johnson' <br />Street from Hamilton Street to Pershing Street under Improvement resolution No.1846. i <br />Assessment roll for the grade, curb and walk improvement on Falcon <br />Street from Division Street to Jefferson Blvd., under Improvement Resolution No.I826. <br />Assessment roll for the grade, curb and walk improvement on Liberty! <br />Street from Division Street to Jefferson Blvd., under Improvement resolution No.I822. <br />Assessment roll for the grade, curb and walk improvement on Iowa <br />Street from Division Street to Jefferson Blvd., under Improvement Resolution No.I824. <br />Assessment roll for the pavement improvement on Sheridan Avenue <br />from Ayley South of Division Street to a point 82' South under Improvement resolution <br />No.I806, j <br />Assessment roll for the pavement improvement on Colfax Avenue from <br />Eddy Street to Sunnyside Avenue under Improvement Resol-fttion No.27I5. <br />In all of the above named assessment rolls, no remonstrators appear;; <br />ed and no written remonstrance was filed and the Board being fully advised in the premises <br />finds that the several lots and parcels of land primarily assessed for said improvements <br />have been benefited in the amounts shown on said roll. Therefore, the Board takes final <br />action on said assessment rolls, filed August I6th. , and August 24th. , I927, and declares <br />same in all things ratified, c onfirnuad and approved and the proceedings closed. The <br />Board now orders said assessment rolls delivered to the Department of Finance. <br />ment rolls: <br />This being the date set, hearings were had on the following assess-' <br />-- <br />Assessment roll for the grader. curb and walk improvement on Huey <br />Street from Keller Street to Marquette Avenue under Improvement Resolution No.I820. <br />Assessment roll for the grade, curb and walk improvement on Oliver <br />Street from Ewing Avenue to Donald Street under Improvement Resolution No.I8I9. <br />Assessment roll for the pipe sewer improvement on Victoria Street <br />from Miami Street to South East Trunk Sewer under Improvement resolution No-1789. <br />In all of the .above named assessment rolls, remonstrators appeared <br />but no written remonstrance was filed. After hearing all persons interested in said <br />assessment (tolls, the Board decid s to continue hearings on said rolls until September <br />I4th.1 I927. <br />This being the date set, hearing was had on Vacation resolution <br />for the Vacation of the Ist alley South of Dunham Street from Carlisle Street to south <br />line of Dunham Street under Vacation Resolution No.I9I8.J <br />In the above named tacation resolution, no remonstrators appeared <br />and no written remonstrance was filed, and the Board bein- fully advised in the premise, <br />takes final action on said vacation resolution and declares same in all things ratified; <br />confirmed and approved and the alley vacated. <br />The Board now orders that a list or roll be prepared of all owners <br />or holders of property and of valuable interests therein sought to be taken or to be <br />injuriously affected, which list or roll shall also describe the property heneficially <br />affected. <br />menuresolutions: This being the date set, hearings were had on the following improve <br />Improvement resolution No.I9I7 for the grade, curb and walk impro- <br />vement on College Street from Hamilton Street to Bergan.
