<br />Board met in regular session at 7*i5 P. Mi. All members present.
<br />The Board approved the following guarantee bonds:
<br />Guarantee bond of the filbert Constructinn Company for the construction.of
<br />pavement on Sheridan and Huron Streets from Division Street to Huron Street'and from
<br />Albert Street to alley east of Huron Street under Improvement Re -solution No,I808.
<br />Bond in the amount of I1
<br />382.69, which is 10% of the amount due the contractor, was
<br />signed by the Inland Bonding Co.
<br />Guarantee bond of the Albert Construction, Company for the construction of I
<br />pavement on Gladstone and Huron Streets from Division Street to south line Lot 748
<br />and from Edison Street to alley west of Gladstone under improvement resolution No.I807.
<br />Bond in the amount of I,470.I0, which is I0% of the amount due the contractor, was
<br />signed by Inland Bonding Co.
<br />Guarantee Bond of Albert Construction Go., for the construction of pave-
<br />ment on Division Street from east line of Belleville third unit to west line of Belle-
<br />ville third uunit under Improvement resolution No.I839. Bond in the amount of 4,2I9,40
<br />which is IOc of the amount due the contractor, was signed by Inland Bonding Co,

<br />bond of the Albert Construction 1'o., for the construction of
<br />pavement on Sheridan Avenue from alley sough of Division Street to a poin* 82 feet
<br />South under Improvement resolution No. I806. Bond in the amount of II2.42, which is
<br />10% of the amount due the contractor, was signed by Inland Bonding Co.
<br />■ li City Engineer, Mr. H. G. T01ray, submitted the following partial estimates: �
<br />Partial estimate No.I for the Altgeld Pavement improvement from west line
<br />of High Street to Miami a reet, in gccordance with the contract between the City and
<br />Reith Riley Construction o. , under Improvement resolution No.I843. Board signed and
<br />approved same in the amount of $5,779.06.
<br />Partial estimate No. 5 for the grad.,, curb and walk improvement on 'Ridge-
<br />dale Road, Avondale Road and Ridge Road, in accordance with the terms of the contract
<br />between the City and E. T. Tranberg, contractor, under Improvement Resolution No.I868.
<br />Board signed and approved same in the amount of 2,409.84.
<br />Partial estimate No.2 for the roadway widening and heavy traffic sheet
<br />asphalt pavement with Metropolitan brick and water connection improvement on Lincoln
<br />Way `lest from Borth line of LaSalle Avenue to west line of Cottage Grove Avenue in
<br />accordance with the terms of the contract between the City and t'lillistononstruction
<br />Co., under Improvement resolution No.18I3. Board signed and approved same in the amount
<br />of 424, 039.80.
<br />Partial estimate No.I for the pavement on C rroll Street from Dayton Street
<br />to T:-ilton Street in accordance with the terms of the contract between the City and
<br />1,Rieth Riley Construction Co., under Improvement Res-olution No.I888. Board signed and
<br />;approved same in the amount of '4,3I2,43,
<br />Partial estimate No.2 for the pavement improvement on Corby Street from
<br />!i Eddy Street to east line of Park Place Addition in accordance with the terms of the
<br />contract between the City and Rieth Riley onstruction Co., under improvement resolution
<br />No.I832. Board signed and approved same in the amount of 7,857.19.

<br />Contract with the Rieth Riley Construction Co., for the pavement of Van
<br />. Buren Street from C. I. & S. R. R. to Sancome Avenue under Improvement resolution No.
<br />1884. Board also approved the construction bond for same in the amount of I,400.00
<br />which represents 50 jo of the contract price of said improvement, signed by Southern
<br />Surety Co.
<br />Contract with the Reith Riley Construction Co. , for the pavement on
<br />Carroll Street from Dayton Street to Milton Street under Improvement Resolution No.I888.
<br />Board also approved the construction bond of same in the amount of 1,400.00, which
<br />represents 50,10 of the contract price of said improvement, signed by Southern Surety
<br />Co.
<br />Contract with the Reith Riley Construction Co., for the pavement on
<br />Harriett Street from Mishawaka Avenue to Hildreth Street under Improvement Resolution
<br />No.I883. Board also approved the construction bond of same in the amount of 8,000.00
<br />which represents 50 0 of the contract price of said improvement, signed by the Southern
<br />Surety Co.
<br />Contract with Alex Bukowski for the construction of concrete pavement
<br />on Ist. , alley South of Rapier Street from Walnut Street to Laurel Street under Improt
<br />vement Resolution No.I873. Board also approved the construction bond of same in the
<br />amount of 5, 899.40, which is I00% of the contract price, signed by United States
<br />Fidelity Co.
<br />• Contract with Williston Construction Co., for the construction of pavement
<br />on Ewing Avenue from Michigan Street to Vest line of Franklin Street under Improvement
<br />I Resolution Ho.I899. Board also approved the cons ruction bond of same in the amount
