In both of the above named improvement resolutions, property owners waived all objections on and in defense to any defect in said proceedings and to any violation in procedure for the eonstruetion of street improvements as fixed by law. i Bids were received, opened and considered for the grading of the first a, by north of Lincoln Way East from Jefferson street to Columbia Street under Impravemer�t Resolution No.1905o .
