Chicago Street under Improvement Resolution No, 1722. In the above m.med assessment roll, the Board hereby orders that on July 27th. , 1927, the Board will meet in their office in the Qity Hall at 7-15 P. M. to hear and receive remonstrances from all persons whose property has been assessed for said improvement and will decide whether the several lots and parcels of land have been or will be benefited in the amounts named on said roll or in a greater or less sum than that named on said roll. The Board further orders that notice of said hearing shall be published on the 22nd., day of July and on the 23rd., day of July, 1927, in the South Bend News Times and Tribune. The Board of appraisors filed their report of the assessed district in connection with the opening of Bulla Street under'Condemnation Resolution No.I844.
