<br />In all of the above named improvement resolutions, the Board hereby
<br />orders that this Board will meet at their office in the City Hall at -7-I5 P. M., on the
<br />night of .August 24th. , 1927, to hear and receive remonstrances from all persons interested
<br />in said improvementsor =:.hose property is affected by said proceedings and will decide
<br />whether -the benefits to the property liable to be assessed for said improvements will
<br />be equal to the estimated cost of same as reported by the City Engineer. Board furth
