Assessment roll for the Vacation of Ist., all west of Notre Dame Avenue from South lines of Lots 34I and 347 in Cottrell's Ist., AdditiVn to the North lines of said lots 341and347 in Cottrell''s Ist., Addition under acation Resolution No.1795. In all of the above named assessment rolls, the Board hereby orders that on the 20th., day of July, 1927, this Board will meet in their office ,fin the City Hail i!,`:i-15 P. 1%. to hear and receive remonstrances from all persons whose property has been assessed for said vacations. Board further orders that notices be sent' to all property owners in this matter, according to law. The Board approved a drive Islay at 427. E. LaSalle Avenue property owned by George. Estel. P � P estimate, and the Board: adopted a resolution for the pavement of alleys in Stu=!Ltt Place Fifth Addition under Improvement Resolutinn Nb.I88I. In the above named resolution, 55% of all the owners of lots affected by said improvement signed the petition for this improvement and the Board hereby orders that on July 2 ,th. , 10,27, the Board will meet in the office in the City Hall to hear and receive remonstrances from all persons whose property is affected by said improvement and will decide whether. the benefits to the property libble to be assessed for said improvement will be equal_ to the estimated cost of same. Board further orders that notice of said hearing shall be published in the South Bend News Times and 'ribune on the 8th., day of July, 1927, and at no other time.
