<br />adopted a resolution for the vacation of '+lilson Avenue from the west line of Twenti
<br />Street to the west line of Christman Place, a subpdivision in the City of South.
<br />Bend, Indiana, under Vacation Resolution No.I886.
<br />In the above named resolution the Board hereby orders
<br />that on the 20th. , day of July, I927, this Board will meet at the office in the
<br />City Hall at 7-I5 P. 11. , to hear and receive remonstrances from all persons whose
<br />property may be affected by said vacation. Board further orders that notices of
<br />said hearing shall be published on the Ist., day of July and on the 8th., day of
<br />July, I927, in the South Bend News Times and Tribune.

<br />In all of the above named resolutions, the Board hereby
<br />orders that on the 20th. , day of July, I927, this Board will meet in the office in
<br />the City Hall at 7-I5 P. r`., tb hear and receive remonstrances from all persons whose
<br />property is liable to be assessed for said improvements and will decide whether the
<br />benefits to the several lots and parcels of land which :rill be said assedsed for said
<br />improvements will be equal to the estimated cost of same as reported by the City
<br />11gineer. The Board further orders that notices of said hearings shall be published
<br />on the Ist., day of July and on the 8th., day of July, I927, in the South Bend News
<br />Times and Tribune, and that notices be mailed to property owners according to law,
