Wednesday June I5th., 1927. 50%3 of the contract price signed by the Inland Bonding Co. Board signed the contract with the 01illiston Construction Co. , for the pavement with sheet asphalt of Lincoln ay West from LaSalle Avenue to Cottage Grove Avenue under Improvement Resolution No.I8I3, in the amount of �63,299.I2, Construction Bond also approved for 50% of the contract price signed by Inland Bonding Co. Board signed the contract with the Williston Construction Co..", for the pavement on MIcKinley Avenue from Bast line of Sunnyside Avenue to Last line of Green:lawn Avenue under Improvement Resolution NoII863, in the amount of 37, 808.'75. The Board also approved the construction bond for 501 fif the contract price sighed by Inland Bonding Co. Board signed the contract with E. T. Tranberg for the cons true t=c ion of Grade, curb and walk on Ridgedale Road from Twyckenham Drive to E. L. of lots 174 and I75; also Avondale fribm Nvyckenahm Drive to Ridgedale Road and on Ridge Road from North line.of Lots II3 and I77 to South line of Lots 171 and I72, under Improve- ment Resolution No.I868, in the amount of $20,720.II. Board also approved the construct- ion Bond for I00% of the contract price signed by New York Indemnity Co. This being the date set, bids were received, opened and read for the cons -ruction of pavement on Lincoln Jay West from ':filbert Street to Olive Street under Improvement Resolution No.I8I5. Bid s'-_hauing been received for the pavement on Lincoln <<ay West from Wilber Street to Olitre Street under Improvement Resolution No.I8I5, the Board this I5th., day of June, I927, hereby makes a preliminary order for sheet asphalt as the type of pavement with which said street shall be improved and sets the 28th. , day of June, 1927, as the time when said Board shall either pass on petitions for a change tt the type of pavement other than that specified in this preliminary order, award the contract or reject all bids. City Engineer, Ivor. H. G. :;dray, filed plans, specifications and and estimate and the Board adopted a resolution for the pavement of the Ist., alley 1,Uest of Johnson Street from Prast Street to Lincoln '.Jay 10,1est under Improvement Resolu- tion No.I877. In the above matter, the propert_r owners waived all right of �� x objections in and for the defense of said proceedings and to any irregularity in same. Whereupon the Board received, opened and read sealed proposals for the construction of said improvement. Bids as follows: E. T. Tranberg Grading $I.00 Concrete 2.30 tabulation. The above bid handed to City Engineer, Mr. H. G. 'gray for City Engineer, 11r. H. G. Iffray, filed plans and the Board adopte the following vacation Resolutions: Vacation Resolution No.I879 for the vacation of a 5 foot strip of land +lest of Lot I in Rockstroh and Nickles Addition from L. W. Nest to South line of Lot I produced.
